I did this a while ago.  It's a shot from The Fantastic Mr. Fox.  Beautiful movie that I'm sure you all have seen already, and if not, GO SEE IT!  The actual image is a little more rich.  More saturation with the reds after a second look, but that's okay.

I am a huge Wes Anderson fan.  I don't know how anyone couldn't be.  Not only are his stories amazing, but the look of his films always amaze me.  His awesomely talented DP, Robert Yeoman comes up with some of the coolest compositions and colors!!

His most recent film, Moonrise Kingdom did not let down on any of the fronts I previously mentioned.  I wanted to paint and study some of the colors so I stole some shots from the trailer:

Hey to all who are reading this!

Here is some more work for a project between me and a couple of friends. We are still exploring some ideas, which is why the style varies. I drew the two outside characters. Zane did the third and fourth one from the left and Rad did the second one from the left. This thing will be awesome!!
